How to create a health care account?

To create an account for yourself, register online or ask your health care provider to email you an invitation during your next visit. If you register online, you can choose to receive an access code via email or text message. That code will be used to create your new account.

How to contact the HIM department?

If you’re a parent or a caregiver and need access to your child’s or loved one’s information, please stop by registration on your next visit or call the HIM department at (731) 541-4344.

Can a 13 year old register for my health records?

Minor patients ages 13-17 may register individually for access to the My Health Records Patient Portal, unless determined by their physician, that the minor patient is not competent. Absent such a determination, the minor patient will control his or her own medical information.

What is a healow app?

Healow is the Patient Portal for your phone! Enjoy different apps for different stages of your life. Download the app from Google Play or the iPhone app store! Once you have downloaded the app, find HealthNet by using the code AIHGAA.

Can you use the patient portal in an emergency?

The patient portal should not be used in emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. For urgent or same day medical needs, please call your health center. Do not use the portal for this purpose. Messages sent during the weekend will not be responded to until regular weekday hours resume.

How to enroll in the patient portal?

To enroll in the patient portal you will need to fill out all fields (marked in yellow) below. Make sure to use all caps where indicated. You will receive your login and temporary password in your email. Once received, you will be able to enter them in the login screen.

What information do you have after enrolling in a secure server?

After enrolling on our secure server, you simply log on and you will have immediate access to your health information, such as health conditions, results of your visit, health maintenance tips and visit histories.

Can you review discharge instructions?

You will also be able to review your discharge instructions and any forms you may have received. The Patient Health Portal goes a step beyond viewing your information by allowing you to better manage your health, as you will have the ability: Access is easy and secure. How to sign up for our patient portal

Signing in to the portal is as easy as logging in to check your bank account. During your next visit with your provider, make sure to request that your portal account be activated. One of our helpful staff will be glad to assist you, ensuring you are ready to connect with us before you conclude your visit.

TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

Using MHS GENESIS and TOL Together

If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way.
