All incoming full-time students and returning international students are required to carry health insurance that is compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and provides coverage for services received in the Syracuse area. You may already be covered by an ACA-compliant insurance plan, and will therefore be able to waive participation in the University-sponsored plan.
