How to print an itemized receipt: (1) Once you’ve logged onto the patient portal from your COMPUTER, please click “Billing and Payments” in the left-hand menu (2) Click “Closed Charges” in the top menu.
How to find a test results: (1) When you log into the portal from your COMPUTER, please click on MY HEALTH in the left hand menu. Once MY HEALTH opens up, you will see a menu at the top of the page. Click on TEST RESULTS. (2) In the middle of your screen, you will see your test results.
