On February 29, 2020, Middlesex Health switched to the Epic electronic medical record system and MyChart, the patient portal powered by Epic. However, for a limited time, you will still be able to access your previous patient portals using the links below.
Because Epic/MyChart creates a single medical AND financial record for each patient, you can now pay a bill for a Middlesex Health visit through MyChart. Sign in to your MyChart account and click "Billing." Pay as a guest.
