What is Health Choice urgent care?

As always, the HealthChoice Customer Care team is available to assist with questions at 800-323-4314. If you believe you might have been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing, call your PCP or health care provider right away. Your doctor is in the best position to advise you on needed care.

How do I review Healthchoice plans for active members?

HCC encourages all patients to enroll in the Patient Portal. This will allow you to communicate electronically with your provider, view your medication list and request a prescription renewal, request an appointment, see a summary of your visits, receive patient education, update your address, phone number and insurance and view your lab results.
