Healow replaced FollowMyHealth® as Acton Medical’s patient portal on February 8, 2021. It provides enhanced features and a more user-friendly experience to help patients manage healthcare needs and medical records.

How many Patient Portals can be linked to my healow Mom account?

If I have linked my Patient Portal account on healow and a family member would like to link their own, does the PIN need to be the same?

PINs are device-specific and account-specific; meaning the PIN you select is specific to that particular account on that particular device. Two accounts on the same device can have any PIN you choose, however we recommend that PINs are unique to one account only. This convention prevents unwanted access to the other’s account ,and vice versa.

How long does it take to view my past appointments on the healow app?

Your past appointments are made available as soon as the scheduled appointment time has passed. Past appointments can be viewed under My Records > Appointments > Past Appointments on the healow app and on the Patient Portal.

How do I cancel an appointment on the healow app?

Appointment cancellations are not available on the healow app. Log in to your Patient Portal to cancel appointments. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
