JCMG’s “healow” Patient Portal, enables you to manage your personal medical records, communicate with your doctors, and make more informed decisions about your health. To help protect your privacy and identity, we require patients to present a valid photo ID and supply a current email address in person only.

Below are the steps to schedule your appointment through Healow Open Access. Choose the location or provider you want to schedule your appointment with. You will see a list of providers for the location you chose. Click on Show Availabilities for the Provider.

Healow – New Patient Portal

Healow replaced FollowMyHealth® as Acton Medical’s patient portal on February 8, 2021. It provides enhanced features and a more user-friendly experience to help patients manage healthcare needs and medical records.
