Healow – New Patient Portal

Healow replaced FollowMyHealth® as Acton Medical’s patient portal on February 8, 2021. It provides enhanced features and a more user-friendly experience to help patients manage healthcare needs and medical records.

How do I sign up?

Our center staff offer patients access to the Health Portal upon patient registration. Patients will receive a welcome email after they provide us their email. The email will have the subject line:

That’s great, please share with your medical center so they can place it in your patient records.

Am I eligible to enroll?

All patients are eligible to enroll with an email address and to sign the General Consent form. You will receive a welcome email and a print out of your sign-on credentials (username and temporary password) before leaving the office.

How do I get a username and password?

If you are in our center registering for the health portal you will be provided a print out of your username and temporary password by the center staff after web enabling you in our system.

What happens if I forget my username

If you forgot your username and you have signed in at least once, you can retrieve your username through the Health Portal.

How do I get a password?

You will receive a temporary password at the time of registration. The temporary password will need to be replaced when you activate your account.

Important Information about the Patient Portal: Use is for non-emergency communication and requests. The portal is used for communication between appointments, however does not replace your scheduled appointments. The portal is not checked on the weekends. It is only checked during regular business hours.

Also, once registered for the patient portal you will receive appointment notifications one week before and one day before your appointment. .
