Who Should Be Vaccinated When Eligible

Due to the volume of phone calls, patients are encouraged to schedule their appointments through Iris. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

HealthWorks Immunization Clinic

HealthWorks Immunization Clinic, a service of Hattiesburg Clinic and Forrest General Hospital, began offering COVID-19 vaccines to eligible groups on Monday, Jan. 11, 2021. Patients will be able to schedule an appointment through their Iris account. Appointments cannot be made by phone at this time.

What is Iris? Iris is a free and secure online platform that allows you to access your health information and communicate with your provider. Forrest Health’s Iris is part of a system-wide electronic health record system available at all Forrest Health and Hattiesburg Clinic facilities.

How to set up an Iris account?

Set up your own Iris account online. Click “Sign Up,” located to the right of the Iris logo at the top right of the Forrest General Hospital home page, or click the button on this page. Fill in the form and create a username and password.
