Patients who do not have a portal account can create one by sending an email request to mrecords@huhs.harvard.edu and one of our HIS team members will reach out to you directly to provide assistance.

What is the phone number for the Patient Portal?

Do NOT use the Patient Portal. Call the Patient Access Team (973-559-0081) if you need to speak with a staff member immediately. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Where is the question mark button in the Patient Portal?

Our primary care physicians have thoughtfully selected a preferred group of specialists, typically within Harvard Vanguard or a limited group of outside offices that they trust to provide you with high quality care.

Prescription Refills

At Harvard Vanguard, we have on-site Pharmacies at 14 practice locations. Our pharmacists are here to help you. Our goal is to help you feel confident and knowledgeable about the medications you are taking. Medications only work when taken properly. We encourage you to ask questions, and we provide written instructions with every prescription.
