Non-HarvardKey Holders: Log in with your Username assigned to you by HUHS Health Information Services/Medical Records. Patients who do not have a portal account can create one by sending an email request to mrecords@huhs.harvard.edu and one of our HIS team members will reach out to you directly to provide assistance.

Your MyHealth Online username will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you cannot verify your information here, or we do not have your current email address on file, you will have to contact the MyHealth Online Support Team at 617-559-8057 to help you regain access to your MyHealth Online account.

What is the phone number for the Patient Portal?

Where is the question mark button in the Patient Portal?

There is an online help system that will explain how to use each feature in the Patient Portal. Look for the question mark button in the upper right hand of the Patient Portal.

Yes. Patient portals have privacy and security safeguards in place to protect your health information. Always remember to protect your user name and password from others and make sure to only log on to the patient portal from a personal or secure computer.

As of January 2018, HUHS will be participating in the Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS). This state-regulated program provides for centralized record-keeping of all of your immunization records for you and your healthcare provider in a secure, safe, and confidential site.

Office visits are arranged by appointment only. When you call for your appointment, it is important to be direct and thorough about the reason for your request.

Our primary care physicians have thoughtfully selected a preferred group of specialists, typically within Harvard Vanguard or a limited group of outside offices that they trust to provide you with high quality care.

Prescription Refills

At Harvard Vanguard, we have on-site Pharmacies at 14 practice locations. Our pharmacists are here to help you. Our goal is to help you feel confident and knowledgeable about the medications you are taking. Medications only work when taken properly. We encourage you to ask questions, and we provide written instructions with every prescription.
