The Harvard Vanguard Medford practice has been caring for residents of Medford, Malden, Melrose, Winchester, Saugus and many other nearby cities and towns since 1982. The office is conveniently located just off Route 93, across from the Medford City Hall.

Our Medford practice provides primary care for adults and children, as well as a full range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our preferred hospital partners include Mount Auburn Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Winchester Hospital, Boston Children's Hospital and New England Baptist Hospital.
During the COVID-19 crisis, we have temporarily changed our hours of operation to: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Walk-in lab and pharmacy services are also open at the times listed above. The optical shop is open by appointment only, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
All patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend and holiday urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.
From Route 93 South: Take Route 93 South to Exit 23 (Old 32, Medford Square). Bear right at the bottom of the ramp onto Salem Street. At the first set of lights, you will see our offices on your left. Since you will be on a one way street, take your next left onto River Street, then a left onto Riverside Avenue, and then a left onto City Hall Mall.
