We provide several exams and treatments as well as diagnose conditions. Harvard Square Eyecare offers a wide array of contact lens services from conventional/disposable, hybrid, and specialty lenses. We also offer same-day contact options.

Non-HarvardKey Holders: Log in with your Username assigned to you by HUHS Health Information Services/Medical Records Patients who do not have a portal account can create one by sending an email request to mrecords@huhs.harvard.edu and one of our HIS team members will reach out to you directly to provide assistance.

As of January 2018, HUHS will be participating in the Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS). This state-regulated program provides for centralized record-keeping of all of your immunization records for you and your healthcare provider in a secure, safe, and confidential site.
