The Office of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response

The Office of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (OSAPR) provides confidential support, information and resource referrals to survivors of sexual violence. OSAPR provides empathic, supportive services to students of the College who have experienced sexual assault and works to provide easy linkages to off-campus resources.

How long does it take for HUHS to review a submission?

HUHS must review your submission manually prior to noting your compliance with the regulation. This review may take up to two weeks from the time of your submission on the HUHS Patient Portal. Plan time accordingly when scheduling to receive your vaccine.

Do registration holds activate?

Registration Holds are not activated at this time. Secure messages announcing the date on which holds will be activated will be sent to all non-compliant students. In the event you have a Registration Hold due to an outstanding immunization, Health Services staff will work with you to provide information and options for you to receive the immunizations you need in order to register for classes.

Is the flu shot required at Harvard?

Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) is reminding students that this year's flu vaccination is required for all students. All students on campus, students returning to campus for the first time for the spring semester, and transfer students, must be fully compliant with all Harvard vaccination requirements, including the flu vaccine, in order to enroll in classes and to participate in on-campus activities.
