Insurance & Payment Polices

We accept most insurance plans. Please contact our office to confirm. The patient (or legal guardian in case of a minor) is responsible for understanding the coverage of the insurance policy. Co-Pays are due at the time of your visit.

How do I make an appointment?

Do you accept my insurance?

We are participating providers for most major insurance companies such as Aetna, BCBS, CCHMO, Cigna, Humana, PCC, and more. Many companies have specific rules requiring pre-approval for testing and referrals. Our insurance staff will be glad to assist you with questions about your coverage.

Who do I call after business hours or weekends?

If you have an Emergency situation, dial 911. This is the fastest way to get emergency medical assistance on the way to assist you! An emergency is defined as an immediate life-threatening condition that without medical attention could result in loss of life, limb, vision, disability, or death.

How do I get my prescription filled?

Please call your pharmacy first before making a trip to see if your medication is ready. Your doctor should give you a prescription to cover the length of time until he/she wants to see you again. Should you need a prescription refilled before your next visit, please call your pharmacist.

What hospitals does my doctor attend?

As a group practice, we utilize area hospitals. Our primary hospitals are St. John, St. Francis, and SouthCrest. Only our OB/GYN doctors attend Hillcrest.
