The RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal is a free service that provides convenient access to your personal health care information in a secure online environment. With the patient portal, you can view select test results, access your medical records and track your health information.

Telemedicine at L3HFMC is offered through our secure electronic medical record system It meets the strict regulations of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996).
Choose a primary care provider (PCP) at L3HFMC to find a long-term partner in your medical care. You’ll get personal guidance from a caring advocate—an expert who listens to your concerns and answers your questions.
No matter what type of PCP you choose, their focus is on keeping you well. Seeing your PCP regularly when you are healthy not only helps prevent disease, but helps your PCP be better able to treat you when you are sick. Your doctor lives and works in the same community you do, so you receive care from a trusted neighbor.
Your primary care provider’s clinic serves as your home base for medical care. When you see your PCP regularly over the years, they gain insight into your life that helps them make accurate diagnoses and offer the best recommendations.

L3HFMC accepts minor emergencies (e.g. sprains, strains, lacerations, nausea, fever, earaches and minor injuries) on a walk-in basis during office hours with the first available physician.
A staff physician is on-call to handle urgent situations outside normal business hours for L3HFMC patients by calling (321) 726-1600. For non-urgent issues, such as, prescription refills or lab/imaging result inquiries, please log on to the L3HFMC patient portal to leave a message that will be answered the next business day.
Emergencies: If you are having a serious emergency, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, bleeding, etc., call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room! If you need to speak to someone at L3HFMC on an urgent basis, call (321) 726-1600. Do not use e-mail to contact the L3HFMC for potentially emergency-type problems.
To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.
All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.
RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.
