What should I do if I have an issue with harmony?

Log Out. Please Log In. Use the form below to sign in to the patient portal to begin managing your records. If you have not logged in before and are a patient who did not sign up online, then you must sign up for an account next time you are in the office. Username Password.

When to use hand sanitizer in the office?

Please use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the office. All staff will also use hand sanitizer before and after each patient visit. Increased attention to cleaning. All common contact areas, such as seating, doorknobs, and counters will be sanitized with greater frequency.

Do you have to wear a mask at the office?

All staff members are required to wear masks at all times. You and your companion will be required to wear a mask during your time in the office. Please plan to wear a cloth or paper mask in the office. If you do not arrive at the office with a mask, one will be provided.

Do all exam rooms need to be disinfected?

All exam rooms will be disinfected after each patient uses them. Limit time spent in the office. We ask that you update your patient portal, prior to your visit, with any changes to your medical history to limit the time you spend in the office. You will receive a phone call the day before confirming your appointment.
