Can I add a record of my COVID-19 vaccine to MyChart if I received it outside the UW Medicine system?

Yes. You may do this by sending a photo of your vaccine card to your provider through MyChart or by bringing your vaccine card to your next appointment with a UW Medicine provider. If you received your vaccination through UW Medicine, there is no need to do anything as a record of your vaccination will be added automatically to our system.

The Ninth & Jefferson Building (NJB) is adjacent to Harborview Medical Center (see map ). NJB's main walk-in entrance is on Jefferson Street, just east of Ninth Avenue. Exit at James Street. Turn up the hill onto James Street. Turn right onto Terry Avenue, then access the building's parking garage on the right.
