Andis: two patients per patient room at one time (8am – 8pm) and one support person may stay overnight. Welcome to Hancock Health’s patient portal. From here you can log in to your account to easily access your information, view and request appointments, see your health history and test results, send secure messages to your Hancock Physician Network provider, and view your medications online.

HealthConnect Family Accounts

We can create Family Accounts by enrolling a parent, guardian, or spouse as a Portal User, then attaching the children/spouse/senior parents to that account, provided we have a portal proxy form on file.

What is a Virtual Visit?

A Virtual Visit is a medical appointment with your health care provider conducted on a secure, HIPAA-compliant audio and video call. The Virtual Visit experience is similar to a Skype or Facetime call. Hancock County Health System uses videoconferencing software called Zoom and also uses software through a Patient Portal.

Can Medications be Prescribed During My Virtual Visit?

Yes, your provider may prescribe medications, if deemed appropriate for your care.
