Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm – Last patient is taken at 7:15 pm. Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm – Last patient is taken at 7:15 pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 3 pm – Last patient is taken at 2:45 pm.
Primary care services including: diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions; immunizations; school and CDL physicals. Patients are also seen for care such as: colds and Flu; sprains; strains; minor burns and cuts; eye Injuries; rashes and allergic reactions.
A clinician is available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
Tonia Cook, RN, MSN, FNP-C is a nurse practitioner at Hamlin Medical Clinic. She has a long-time calling to be in health care and enjoys interacting with the patient and has an innate desire to help others. Tonia grew up in a small town in the Texas Panhandle and states that being in Hamlin “feels like being home again”.
Dee Angela “Angie” Fanning, RN, MSN, FNP-C is a nurse practitioner at Hamlin Medical Clinic. Angie grew up in Fort Worth, Texas before moving to Abilene in 1994. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington prior to completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 1991.
PrimeCare Hamlin is located within the Marine Leadership Academy, located on the southwest corner of N. Hamlin Avenue and W. Armitage Avenue, 5 blocks east of Pulaski Road.
