What time does telehealth call?

Saturday’s – Telehealth Appointments Only – Call between 8 am and 11 am to schedule the telehealth appointment – all other callers will be instructed to call back during office hours on Monday.

What is the number to call East Tennessee Children's Hospital?

A Physician is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Call Morristown (423) 581-3904, Jefferson City (865) 475-5377, or Sevierville (865) 453-9980, and you will be connected to our answering service.#N#​A nurse from East Tennessee Children's Hospital answering service will return your call. If you have not received a call back within 30 minutes, please call the answering service again. After hours is for emergencies or acute illness questions - not for routine questions which can be answered during regular business hours.
