APPOINTMENTS ARE MANDATORY and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis; walk-ins will not be accepted. While we understand many of our community members are ready to receive the vaccine, VMH along with local county health departments and fellow healthcare organizations, will ensure everyone who has the desire to receive the vaccine is able to schedule their vaccine appointment. However, this may take time.

Does Gundersen Health System have an email?

You are asked to provide us with a valid email address when activating a MyChart account. Gundersen Health System will endeavor to notify you via email when new information is available in your MyChart account. This email alert of new information in your MyChart account could be in regard to new test results or other important information about your health care. The email messages will not contain any confidential medical information.

Is MyChart used in emergency?

MYCHART IS NOT TO BE USED IN AN EMERGENCY. IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, DIAL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.

Can Gundersen Health System deactivate MyChart?

Gundersen Health System reserves the right to deactivate your MyChart account at any time, for any reason without notice. Without limiting the forgoing, account deactivation typically will result from: 1) Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions; or 2) Inappropriate use of messaging (e.g., messaging that is excessive, unnecessary or contains inappropriate content).
