How is HeartMath different from deep-breathing exercises?

Generally, 4 to 6 sessions are recommended for a client coming in with a specific symptom complaint. The number of sessions can usually be determined after the first or second visit.

How many sessions of Craniosacral Therapy will I need?

No, insurance does not cover the services of an Independent Health Care Advocate or Health Coach. We work for the client and are free of any constraints placed on advocates/coaches who are employed by an insurance company or a healthcare system.
