Calling our office

Grand Traverse Internal and Family Medicine, P.C. is committed to providing each patient with an exceptional level of care and attention. At Grand Traverse Internal and Family Medicine, we enjoy developing an on-going relationship with our patients.

Calling our office

Normal phone hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Our phones are not answered between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. When you call our office your call will be routed through our voice mail system. You will be required to choose the correct extension to reach the appropriate person to handle your needs.

We are certified by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This is an advanced healthcare model with PCMH status being awarded to practices that demonstrate these newer healthcare standards

TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

Using MHS GENESIS and TOL Together

If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way.
