Medical Homeport's primary function is to provide care to TRICARE Prime and designated Special Provisions Patient (SPP) beneficiaries. Each enrolled TRICARE Prime beneficiary is assigned to a Primary Care Manager (PCM). In the event that an appointment is not available with the assigned PCM an appointment with another provider can be facilitated.#N#Nurse walk-in appointments are available for specific medical needs. Pediatric and adult services include: cold symptoms, sore throat, conjunctivitis (pink eye), urinary tract infections, and suture removal. Adult only services include: pregnancy testing and blood pressure checks. Please call the Appointment Line to arrange a visit.
