What kind of imaging services does Grossman Imaging Center offer?

Our site is designed to help you obtain more information about our medical diagnostic imaging services, including Bone Scan, Coronary CTA, CT, DEXA Bone Density, Interventional Radiology, MRI, Ultrasound and X-ray. Grossman Imaging Centers state-of-the-art technology such as our PET/CT, 64 slice CT and 3Tesla MRI.

How do I get access to the patient portal?

If you’re a new patient and would like access to the patient portal, please contact your local imaging center, and they will provide you with a personal access code.

What happens when you log in to the patient portal?

Now, when you log in to the portal, you’ll also notice a new look and more user-friendly experience. Whether you need to pre-register for an upcoming appointment, find information about your next exam, or you need to view your exam results and images, the patient portal helps you get the answers you need.

The RAYUS patient portal offers convenient access to appointment information and exam results. Now, when you log in to the portal, you’ll also notice a new look and more user-friendly experience.

Create an Account

From the login screen, click on the "Start Now!" button and follow the prompts.

Login

You will need your username and password information to access the system.

Home Page

After successfully logging in, the first screen you will see is the Home page. First time users should follow the prompts to complete the login process. Each time you login to the Patient Portal you can see notifications about New Forms, Appointments and New Messages.

Reports

After each office visit, a report should be posted to this portal for you to view. Select the time range and then click the "Refresh" button. You can also select a time range from "this month", "last month", "this year", "last year" or "all time".

Health Record

You are expected to see your lab results, the basic health history we've recorded in our office, and a Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) under "Health Record" session. Remember, this information includes electronic data only. Service information rendered prior to the electronic data will not be entered in to the system.

Education

The Education section is to help you better understand your problem, medical terminology and your prescription. You will find definition and a preset Google search link for each item.

Profile

If your demographic information needs to be updated, please click on the "Report Changes" button located in the lower right corner of the screen. This will inform our staff. For security reasons you can't change your demographic information from the Patient Portal.

Can you change your password on a patient portal?

If you are an existing patient portal user and are using an email as your login name, you will be prompted to change your username and create three security questions. These security questions will better protect your account, and allow you to reset your password on your own in case you forget it in the future.
