How do I create an account with Grandview Medical Center?

Our hospital, in partnership with MyHealthONE, has built an intuitive patient portal for those we serve both in our hospital and our community. Together we are delivering you a patient portal that's safe and easy to use. MyHealthONE makes it possible to view, share and manage your health and the health of a loved one, anytime, anywhere.

How do I sign in to the patient portal?

Grandview Medical Center is pleased to offer patients easy, secure and convenient access to their personal health information via its new MyHealthHome online portal, with access to information for visits starting on 12/6/2021 . The Patient Registration Department of TriStar Health welcomes you as a patient. The main admitting area is located on the first floor of the Physician Specialty Center. It is open for registration from 5:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are happy to answer any questions you might have concerning your visit by calling (270) 793-2038.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – Grandview Medical Center will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Note to previous Portal Users

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

How to contact X-ray IV?

If you have had any previous reaction to X-ray IV contrast agents, please call (800) 242-5662 at least 2-3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have a question regarding your exam or the preparation for the exam, please do not hesitate to call us. A technologist will be available should you need them.

What time does Tristar open for registration?

It is open for registration from 5:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Can you fax a doctor's order?

Central Scheduling will request that a doctor's order be faxed or that patients bring the doctor's order with them on the day of testing. Patients who arrive for testing without a doctor's order (written or faxed) may have their test delayed. Confirm the order by contacting the doctor or his/her office.

Insurance, Attorney, Disability and Third Party Requests
