What is it like being a patient of the Greenbelt FHT?

I have been a patient of the Greenbelt FHT for about 5-6 months now and have been very pleased with the services received so far. I like having the option of booking appointments in a timely manner, either by phone or via the secure portal. I meet with my new family doctor regularly to monitor chronic medical conditions.

How do I sign up for the patient portal?
