Follow this link and enter the access code you have been provided. Remember, the access code is only active until midnight of the day that it was generated. Follow the instructions to complete the member enrollment. Please note that date of birth must be in MM/DD/YYYY format. Once you agree to the terms and conditions and submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email. You must follow the link in the confirmation email to complete the account creation process and get access to the patient portal. Each patient may designate one support person to be present during labor, delivery and the remaining duration of their stay based on clinical guidance and as medically appropriate. If the patient requests a Doula to be present for the birth, the Doula may be an additional support person during labor and delivery. Additionally, during postpartum, a patient may welcome two visitors to visit on rotation during their stay. All individuals must be free of COVID-19 symptoms before entering the labor and delivery area and adhere to facility guidelines.
