To sign up, log into your MyChart account and locate the Health icon, then click on "Lucy.". On that page, click on the "Link Med Up with Lucy and MyChartCentral" button. Click on "Create a New Account" to complete the signup process .
Can I update my medical record in Lucy?
You can request an updated copy of your medical record at any time and store it in Lucy. You can also add personal information about your health, including medications, allergies, health issues and immunizations, and share it wherever you receive care.

You can also save your health records to a thumb drive and take them wherever you go.
