We have provided the "Patient Portal" for our patients to conveniently and securely access their medical information and communicate with our office via the web. We hope you find this service helpful, and welcome your comments about it!

How do I make sure I am receiving patient portal emails?

To ensure that you are receiving Patient Portal emails please do the following: Add NextMD.com to your contact list, address list, safe list, or "Do Not Block" list. Account will be locked for 20 minutes after 4 failed login attempts. Please remember that password is case sensitive.

Enrollment Invitation – Greenbrier Valley Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
