About The Surgery Center. Grand Island Surgery Center, LLC was established in the summer of 1998 as a joint venture between a group of Grand Island physicians and Saint Francis Medical Center. The building project began in October 1998 and was completed in October 1999.

We accept most all insurance plans including, BC/BS of Ne, United Health Care, Coventry, Aetna, Midlands Choice, and more. Our physicians are trained in a variety of orthopedic treatments.
