When will May graduates lose eligibility?

May graduates will lose eligibility on May 18 th and will no longer be eligible for care at the Student Health Services. Students who are on the EUSHIP, will remain covered until the end of the policy year and can use their EUSHIP at any Emory Core or Aetna network provider.

If you received an exemption last year due to being entirely remote, that has expired and you will need to upload your immunization records prior to August 1st. If you are living on campus, a Meningococcal ACWY vaccine is required.

If you or your healthcare provider feels that you cannot comply with any of Emory’s immunization requirements (including medical contraindications to specific vaccinations), please submit a letter of explanation signed by both you and your healthcare provider along with your updated immunization records using the Student Patient Portal to upload.
