What can I do in the patient portal?

Our patients love the convenience of our patient portal! You can send us a question, review and pay bills, send requests for well appointments, schedule sick appointments online, and review a summary of your visits. PLEASE NOTE - Portal messages are returned within 48 business hours.

How do I change or Reset my Patient Portal password?

Please contact your medical provider’s office for instructions on how to change or reset your patient portal password. Once you can log in to your patient portal, you’ll be able to make changes to your security question or access code.

How do I enroll in the patient portal?

Your Primary Care or Specialty provider’s office will start the process of enrolling you in the patient portal. A paper copy of the Portal Activation will be given to you at the time of registration or a letter will be mailed to you.

Once you receive your initial email inviting you to set up your Patient Portal, you will not be sent an email with a new hospital admission. After each admission to the hospital, a new summary of care document will post to your Portal, but you will not receive an email notification.

Is email a secure way to transfer health information?

Email is not a secure means of transferring your health information. The best way to provide information to your physician is to sign an Authorization for Release of Health Information Form (available through our Medical Records Department) Contact Medical Records at 626.307.2100, M-F, 8am-4pm.
