If you need to see a provider immediately, On Demand telemedicine services are available 24/7/365 to eligible UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan patients in Texas and some parts of New Mexico. OVERVIEW

Dr. Ford was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and graduated from Nova-Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Ford joined the practice July, 2003.
