Effective Tuesday, April 14 th, 2020, Patient Registration in the West Lobby at Glens Falls Hospital will be open Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. and will be closed weekends. Patients who may come for testing after the registration area closes can still enter through the West Entrance.

How long does it take for PCR results to come back?

Tests administered at our centers, by the times below, will return results within 24 hours. All other PCR results will be returned within 48 hours.

Is PCR testing covered by insurance?

Testing for COVID-19 PCR results may be covered by insurance as part of the CARES Act and exclusions may apply. Please contact your insurance carrier for full details on your coverage. Base visit, co-pays, and any other necessary service charges may apply.
