Sep 04, 2020 · ATTENTION PATIENT PORTAL USERS: To maintain access to your Glacial Ridge health record (including test results) through the patient portal, you need to set up a new account powered by MyCareCornerTM beginning the week of September 14. This requires just a few minutes and it will automatically transfer information from your existing patient portal.
At Glacial Ridge Health System, we are committed to providing the best health care possible to all of our patients, close to home. This commitment to you begins with knowledgeable, experienced, highly trained staff that is sensitive and responsive to your health concerns and needs. Providing a clean, comfortable environment with state-of-the-art technology continues that commitment.
The existing patient portal through InteliChart® will no longer be supported by our electronic health records company, so switching to a different company is needed. Plus, the new system will soon provide more opportunities for communication and patient information.
The week of September 14-18, patients who have an existing patient portal through Intelichart™ will receive an email that includes a secure link to launch their new patient portal through MyCareCorner™. The email will come from glacialridgehealthsystempatientportal@cpsi.com.
