How do I access my Patient Portal and health records?

The Student Patient Portal is still available at www.gsu.medicatconnnect.com for uploading immunization information, sending messages to providers, reviewing medical records and labs, etc. We have disabled the ability to make online appointments though the portal. We are asking that all students call the clinic at 404-413-1930 to schedule appointments.

To get started, visit our Medical Records department on the Brunswick or Camden campus or your physician’s office* to validate your identity and provide your email address. You will receive an email invitation with our patient portal link and account set-up instructions.

Access the Patient Portal on your Healthelife app

You may access your patient portal via the Healthelife app as well; if you are a new user please notify your registration team member or contact Medical Records. Also, you may access portions of your Health Record via an Application Processing Interface (API) of your choice.

The Georgia Immunization Registry is designed to collect and maintain accurate, complete and current vaccination records to promote effective and cost-efficient disease prevention and control . The Georgia Immunization Registry law , passed in 1996 and expanded by House Bill 1526, requires reporting by " any person who administers a vaccine or vaccines licensed for use by the United States Food and Drug Administration to a person." Several options are available for submitting immunization records to the Registry. Georgia's immunization providers also have quick and easy access to immunization records on individuals and able to generate a variety of reports on their immunization status.
