How do I get help with behavioral health services in Georgia?

As Georgia’s Behavioral Health Authority, DBHDD provides services through a network of community providers. Community providers of behavioral health services can be accessed by contacting The Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL) at 800-715-4225 or via the web by visiting www.mygcal.com .

Is telepsychiatry available at Georgia behavioral health?

Georgia Behavioral Health is excited to announce HIPPA secure Telepsychiatry services to established clients only. Use of Telepsychiatry has to be tailored to each patient and can only be used for follow up visits. Call our office to find out if it is an option for you.

How is my Patient Portal determined?

Your patient portal is determined by where you received care. Primary Care or Urgent Care - patients who have visited an urgent care location or a Floyd family medicine provider (primary care office)​
