The Healow App is not a requirement on the phone and for those patients which have not activated the patient portal, this is also not a requirement. The only requirement is that the patient be web enabled. To get web enabled you must call your Genesis PrimeCare location and ask to be web-enabled.
Based on the results of your virtual visit, A Genesis PrimeCare provider can provide you with a diagnosis, prescribe your medicine to help you feel better, or will let you know if you should come up to the clinic in person for further evaluation. This service is covered by most insurance companies.
