We are a group of eight physicians certified by the American Board of Gastroenterology providing medical care for patients with disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and pancreas. We provide the highest quality of care by limiting our practice to this single specialty. Our practice includes four Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by telephone from the hours of 8 am to 12:30 pm and 1:15 pm to 5 pm Monday through Thursday. One of our gastroenterology providers is on-call for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.*

To Re-schedule or Cancel an Appointment

If you cannot keep your appointment with us, please give us at least 48-hour notice. This courtesy enables us to offer your original time to another patient who needs to be seen. If you do not give us 48-hour notice, you may be charged $25.00. We do our best to honor each appointment time promptly.

Follow-up Appointments

Office visits are by appointment only. To offer you the most convenient time, and to help us arrange an efficient daily schedule, we urge you to arrange your appointment as far in advance as possible.

How to Pay for Services

As a courtesy to you, all charges are billed directly to your insurance company (or companies). For insurances that we are providers of, we ask that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of service. You may pay by cash, check, Discover Card, MasterCard, or Visa.

Medicare

We are participating Medicare providers. We take assignment on all Medicare claims. We ask that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of service. If you have a Medicare Supplement, we will also bill them.
