During the four-year program in OBGYN, residents have progressive responsibility in managing obstetrical patients. Prime Garden City Hospital averages approximately 500 births per year. Residents take an active role in nearly all deliveries, as opposed to being limited to a smaller population of patients.
Successful completion of the structured curriculum of 48 months of training in OBGYN will meet the requirements of board eligibility through the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG)
