The RVP Patient Portal has been created by Rogue Valley Physicians for use at its primary care clinics. Patients under 18 (and/or their parent/legal guardian) must speak with their doctor in person before signing up for RVP Patient Portal. Your security is important. We use technology to encrypt, safeguard, and secure your personal information.

How do I get Set up on the patient portal?

To get set up on the patient portal, you will receive an email following your appointment with your login and temporary password. Please use that info to login and set a password of your choosing. Please be aware that we will not have any access to your password.

Can I schedule a virtual visit with cvfp?

Welcome to CVFP! All of our physicians and providers are now offering virtual visits! For the safety of our patients and staff, we are only providing care on-site for those with non-infectious medical needs.
