Under the user name and password field is a link…. “Need help with your user name and Password?” Click on this. You will then be asked for your user name or personal information (which must match our office records).

The FollowMyHealth Patient Portal is HIPAA-compliant in that it adheres to mandated encryption standards when receiving, sending, and storing a patient's health information. Information shown within the Patient Portal is merely a snapshot of your most recent medical records, not the actual medical record as a whole.
A patient can also grant proxy access to their own FOFHC Patient Portal account to another person.

Friend Health is now offering telehealth appointments. A telehealth visit occurs when a healthcare provider conducts a visit with a patient over the phone or via video chat. When you schedule an appointment, the Friend Health representative will confirm whether your visit will be a telehealth visit or an in-person visit.
