We partner with you, your provider, and his/her care team work together to provide the highest level of patient care. Care Coordinators and care transition specialists enhance the quality and continuity of your care over time and across multiple health settings. Our philosophy is that by tracking your medical care and working with you individually to maintain your good health we may improve your compliance and overall health outcomes.

Does Frederick Health offer walk in care?

Upon arrival please tell the receptionist that you are a Frederick Health Medical Group Primary Care Patient since this a different service from Urgent Care. Walk-in locations do not manage chronic care, their focus is acute sick care for our established Primary Care patients. Appointments are not required for Walk-in care . (Toll House and Urbana Locations 8am to 8pm M-F and 8am to 6pm on weekends)

Insurance and Fees

FPCA participates with most major carriers in this market*. Please check with your FPCA provider’s office to verify plan and product coverage. Participation and acceptance of new patients vary by office and provider. Please do not use the Privia website as a guide for insurance participation.

Payment Options

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. Copays are due at time of service. Self-pay patients must pay in full at time of service to receive a 50% discount.

Card-on-File

We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the checkout process easier, faster, and more efficient.

Insurance Participation

At FPCA we participate in many managed care plans and see patients with traditional insurance. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.
