All self paying patients are asked to contact our billing office to work out payment arrangements in advance of any services provided.
Many medications require pre-authorization from your insurance company which can take up to 72 hours. Please make sure to give your pharmacy enough time to get your prescription refilled.
For non-emergency concerns during office hours, call our office telephone number (301) 695-6800. The receptionist or voice mail system will contact your doctor with your message. Please use the physician on-call option for urgent messages only and remember to leave your phone number; otherwise, the doctor cannot return your call. If you do not receive a call back within 30 minutes, please call the Frederick Memorial Hospital operator at 240-566-3300 and request to have the Frederick Gastroenterology on-call physician paged.
