Is Franciscan Alliance part of wellgroup HealthPartners?

If your bill is for services provided by a physician of Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC (formerly known as WellGroup HealthPartners) please be advised that such physician offices contract with Franciscan Alliance for billing services but they and their physicians are independent of Franciscan Alliance, Inc.

Across our health system, our electronic medical record (EMR) assist us in providing better coordinated care for you and your loved ones.

Where does the information in the Franciscan Children's Portal come from?

All of the information in the portal comes from your Franciscan Children’s Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information.

What is a patient portal?

The Patient Portal provides patients and their families access to health information online at any time and from almost anywhere. With the portal, patients are able to access their visit history, health summary report, lab results, discharge summary, and discharge instructions.

Do you have to have an email address to register at Franciscan Children's?

Prior to signing up, you must have provided your email address to the Registration Department at Franciscan Children’s. Please make sure to use the same email during the “Sign Up” process.
