A patient portal is a secure online website that gives you access to your personal health information and medical records at any time, and from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Is Franklin Medical Center secure?

Yes. Frank lin Medical Center’s patient portal is a secure website. All information is encrypted, and you will be the only one who can view your health information. You will be required to setup a username and password when registering for access to the patient portal.

What time does Franklin Park Urgent Care open?

Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 7.30 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 8 am to 4.30 pm. No appointments necessary! However, if you request an appointment and the request is accepted; you will receive priority over the walk-in patients. Our office is located on 5904 North Division Street, Spokane, WA.

When do Genesis parents get access to their account?

All families receive a Genesis Parent Access Account when their child is first registered with our district. At that time an email would have been sent to the email address provided during registration asking the recipient to login and reset their password.

Do you have to complete the medical update for Genesis?

Before you are able to access your child's schedule and/or teacher assignment, you must complete the required Medical Update and Back to School Forms via your Genesis Parent Access Account. More information on those forms is provided.
