Who can access the Franciscan Children's Portal?

You may give family members, such as parents or healthcare proxies, access to your portal. This will need to be done within the Franciscan Children’s Medical Records Department and requires signed consent from you and/or your family members.

What is a patient portal?

The Patient Portal provides patients and their families access to health information online at any time and from almost anywhere. With the portal, patients are able to access their visit history, health summary report, lab results, discharge summary, and discharge instructions.
