Video and Phone Appointments

We understand that patients are not always able to attend their appointments in-person. For these situations, Fox Chase offers telehealth options (video and phone consultations) that allow patients to remotely connect with their care team and receive world-class care from the comfort of their home.

Video Consultations

Fox Chase video consultations are conducted through Zoom, which is a secure web application. In order to access Zoom, you will need a smartphone or computer that has a working camera and microphone.

Phone Consultations

If you do not have access to a smart phone or computer, our physicians may be able to connect with you for a consultation over the telephone.
