Medical School: University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA Residency: Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ Dr. Novak is from Crosby, MN and completed her doctorate in osteopathy in Des Moines in 1999.

Joseph Summers, MD

Joseph Summers and his wife are originally from Ohio. He attended medical school at Wright State University, in Dayton, Ohio and finished his Family Medicine residency at Scottsdale Health Care. He and his wife enjoy the variety of patients that family medicine brings.

Shelby Kary, FNP-C

Shelby has been a nurse practitioner since 2007. She earned her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner Specialization at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She is certified in family medicine and cares for patients of all ages.

Stacey Sullivan, MD

Dr. Sullivan is from central New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry (UMDNJ) New Jersey Medical Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. After medical school, Dr. Sullivan relocated to Arizona. She completed her family medicine residency program at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
